• Gather medical histories and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to understand the holistic needs of each client’s.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client’s goals.
• Educate patients on self-management techniques and home exercises to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Regularly reassess client’s to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with client’s to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client’s records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards related to client’s confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the wellness center to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of integrated wellness programs.
• Educate clients on lifestyle modifications, diet plan and health promotion strategies.

Job Specification

• Diploma-in-Physiotherapy.
• Valid license as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a wellness setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
