Personal Secretary (PS) at Chairman Office
Level: Mid Level Academic
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field with minimum of 8 years of experience in Health Care industry.
Person Specifications:
- Experience of working as a PS at Chairman Office or any other senior position
- Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Extremely proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to learn new software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily focused on providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman and or other assigned leadership staff
- Managing, prioritizing and responding to emails
- Keeping track of actions and communications
- Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the meeting, with appropriate follow-up
- Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans, if any
- Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
- Booking travel and accommodation; Managing monthly expenses
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other senior staff, as and when required
- Providing additional duties as assigned.
