- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and reach the target audience.
- Design captivating ad language and build visually appealing ad creatives to attract and engage users.
- Build and manage advertising campaigns, including setting up the budget, managing the bids, and scheduling the ads.
- Provide stakeholders with regular reports as you track and analyze campaign performance indicators including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from campaign data to optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creativity.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as those for marketing, design, and content, to synchronize advertising initiatives with overarching marketing goals.
- Keep informed with market developments, algorithm updates, and new advertising platforms and strategies.
- Continuously explore new opportunities and tactics to Improve paid advertising effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Paid Ads Specialist.
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms' best practices, including those for Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or comparable platforms and proficiency with data analysis.
- Proficient understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and keyword research.
- Imaginative thinking with the capacity to create interesting ad creatives and persuasive ad text.
- Ability to understand data and make judgments based on it, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
