• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email and social media and assist them in booking their holiday package
• Make outbound calls to customer to follow up on queries
• Identifying the need of the customer, building an instant rapport, offering advice to support their requirement.

Job Specification

• Must have experience and knowledge of air ticketing and visa processing
• Good knowledge of Ticketing Softwares
• Superior written and verbal Communication skills
• Must have good presentation skills.
• Candidate with two wheeler and license are more preferred.
