- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email and social media and assist them in booking their holiday package
- Make outbound calls to customer to follow up on queries
- Identifying the need of the customer, building an instant rapport, offering advice to support their requirement.
Job Specification
- Must have experience and knowledge of air ticketing and visa processing
- Good knowledge of Ticketing Softwares
- Superior written and verbal Communication skills
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Candidate with two wheeler and license are more preferred.
