Job Description:
- Meet 100% SLA for merchant inquiry support for eSewa APIs.
- Provide support for dynamic and form-based merchant integration of dedicated domains.
- List products in eSewa platform according to their categorization.
- Add categories/ subcategories in web/app platform and meet checklist of actions.
- Prepare SOPs of tasks that are being performed and achieve high efficiency at process.
- Monitor Merchant payment services and identify issues.
- Analyze and propose solutions for the issues.
- Resolve payment issues with faster response and resolution.
- Help and support on Merchant integrations.
- Coordinate with team, merchants and vendors to resolve issues.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Understanding of API
- Knowledge of API testing tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
