Education & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • At least 7 years proven experience in HR Coordination/Management
  • Demonstrable experience growing or expanding businesses.

 

General Requirements

  • Proven experience managing teams of staff
  • Candidate shall be competent to work for managing foreign guests based reputed restaurant
  • Should have knowledge on oversee the day-to-day operations, deployments, monitoring the administration and internal operations in the restaurant.
  • Should be able to produce reports for key management when required
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training and leading staff
  • Software Consultancy & Implementation Experience.

 

Other Specification

  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English to a High Level
  • Italian to a Basic Level
  • Must have good analytical skills, decision-making ability & demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently for multi-task.
  • Should have strong leadership ability with strategic management.

 

Salary and Benefits Package: It will be in commensurate with the professional experience, qualification and the Company’s Regulation.
