Job Description:

• Lead efforts to streamline clinical workflows, ensuring smooth patient flow from registration to discharge. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce wait times, and improve patient satisfaction within the eye care services.
• Oversee the coordination of patient services, including appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up procedures. 
• Manage the procurement and inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals necessary for eye care services. 
• Ensure the eye hospital adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations and quality standards. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, including receptionists, administrative staff, and technicians. 
• Develop and maintain protocols for handling emergencies within the eye hospital, such as medical crises or equipment failures. Ensure staff are trained and well-prepared to respond effectively to unexpected situations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems and other technological solutions that facilitate efficient patient management, data tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to patient education initiatives, helping to raise awareness about eye health, preventive measures, and treatment options.
