Job Description:

DI Skin Hospital and Referral Center P Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of marketing and operational works, and ensuring the smooth running of the business. 

The successful candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a similar role, and must possess excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate operational activities for the organization.
• Ensure the smooth running of the business by managing tasks and resources.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must have hospital marketing skills.
• Proven experience in operational management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must have managerial leadership qualities.
