Academic Qualification:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or any Management Streams preferred; experience in a call center is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HealthCare industry/Hospitality industry.

Other Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and work under pressure.
• Telephone etiquette.
