Job Description:
- Maintain and implement network security in order to protect data, software, and hardware
- Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, virtualization and all configurations
- Computer infrastructure update and maintenance periodically
- Data backup, OS installation, Configure, Troubleshooting.
- Ensure all computers and servers working performance, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace computer parts as required, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support, installation & configuration.
Requirement/ Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft server and client-based environments
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on odd time or day/night shift.
