Job Station: Mines Site, Katari, Udayapur

Minimum Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum Experience: At least 2-4 years of automotive maintenance experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Oversight:

• Coordinate with Manager – Automobile for HEMM and commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure preventive schedules are followed and supervise technicians.

2. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
• Arrange external support for specialized repairs as needed.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure maintenance meets safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.

4. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and replenish spare parts inventory efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records for cost optimization.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Communicate maintenance status and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
