• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Hydro power plant.
• Must have worked Plant In charge of any Hydropower plant.
• Should have Sound knowledge of Hydropower sector, rule and regulation.
• Should possess all the minimum skill sets required for handling the designated post.

Job Description:

• Overall Operation & Maintenance of Hydropower plants.
• Manage operational processes and functions required for the safe, efficient and economical operation of the Hydropower plant.
• Manage and support daily operation activities such as planning, coordinating and controlling plant operations including safety procedures, statutory regulations, outage schedules and routine test in accordance with written requirements, procedures, and schedules.
• Identify and supervise the Hydropower plant training to the Operation & Maintenance staffs.
• Monitor and implementation of Health and Safety program.
• Overall management works related to the Hydropower plant.
