Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files and records related to the company's legal activities and contracts.
- Act as the initial contact for legal advice to ensure that the company's actions comply with Nepalese laws.
- Oversee the effective management, including drafting and negotiating numerous contracts across the company's operations.
- Create and review legal documents like contracts, agreements, and policies to make sure they meet the required laws and rules.
- Manage and resolve legal conflicts and lawsuits, working alongside external legal advisors when necessary.
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company.
- Collaborate with other company departments such as finance, HR, and operations to guarantee legal compliance and manage risks.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant government agencies and other institutions on behalf of the organization.
- Offer advice on corporate governance, board meetings, annual reports, and adherence to securities laws.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to safeguard the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
- Keep legal records and documentation current, accurate, and well-organized.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in LLB/BA LLB.
- Must be license holder.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal department.
Transportation:
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.
