- Act as a mediator between the Director and different Departments of the company.
- Provides different administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
- Effectively organizing the meeting, preparing the minute of the meeting, and circulating the information to the concerned person and department.
- Maintaining the records of different activities in an organized way.
- Preparing the required report and communicating it effectively.
- Upholding with the legal requirements of the company.
- Communicating with foreign business partners.

- Excellent English with adept in both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Effective at Nepali verbal and written communication with skill in Nepali typing.
