Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience of more than 2 years in an office coordination or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
