Job Description

Direct Report: Project Supervisors, office staff and the accountant.

 

The Office Co-Ordinator to provide interface with external agencies/suppliers and is also responsible for close liaison with the project supervisors as well as day to day management/administration of all office matters to carry out its core functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison with project supervisors and external agencies/suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Create robust systems and processes to ensure effective management of office
  • Manage the day to day business of Kuto Construction in support of the MD
  • Develop strong relationships with supply chain partners ensuring compliance and standards Daily maintenance of company account, staff salary payment, payment to service provider and other finance related matters
  • Resolving contractual and commercial problems.
