Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Helping with documentation and finance .
- Visit banks as required.
Job Specification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
