Job Description
- Responsibilities include leading stakeholder engagements, forming and growing trusted relationships and identifying strategic locations for station deployment in line with company growth objectives.
- Design and implement strategies to improve utilization of batteries and swap stations
- Closely support procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
- Develop an extensive working plan and share the knowledge of the swap station management software and provide necessary training to team for effective execution.
- Ensure the delivery of services by maintaining swap station electrical supply lines and coordinating with local utilities providers and lease owners.
- Support partner teams in the identification and selection of network points for growth.
- Support in management of operations innovation trials to maximize battery longevity, software performance, and station efficiency.
- Identification of network point for setting up swap station and finalization the terms including business model/revenue sharing and its continuation.
- Assessment of network pressure in any swap station and in the entire ecosystem and come up with the plan to provide a best solution of the same.
- Training and development to the staff under the supervision for seamless operation of the system.
