Job Description

Network Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN).
• Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, running various operating systems (Windows).
• Install, configure, and optimize server software and applications.
• Manage files and storages in Server.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV equipment, Telephones and Intercom.
• Maintain and administer any issues with wired or network printers.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
• Handle websites (frontend/backend) and make changes on websites as per the necessity.
• Communicate with multiple vendors and make necessary changes on the websites as per the necessity.
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization's network and systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
