Volunteer role: National Volunteer – Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Management Coordinator

Location: Nepal

Mode of delivery: Working at project location

Knowledge/Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in development studies, social science, or any related discipline with one year of work experience preferably on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), data management, reporting, learning management etc.

Experience:

• Previous experience of working on M&E, data management, reporting, learning management etc. in non-for-profit sector is desirable.

Skills/Abilities:

• Well informed on basics of M&E, data (Quantitative and Qualitative) management, and knowledge management.
• Sound skills of both Nepali and English typing along with other official computer handling skills.

Desirable Criteria

Knowledge/qualifications:

• Has good knowledge of Inclusive Education, Livelihoods, Youth Engagement and Health systems in Nepal.
• Has good knowledge to generate learning and public dissemination documents.

Experience:

• Desirable previous experience of M&E and data management on Inclusive Education, Health, Resilient Livelihoods, Youth Engagement and leadership Support programming.

Allowance:

As a VSO volunteer, you will be sharing your skills with local communities on a full time basis. VSO will cover your official travel and medical insurance costs, along with a modest living allowance which will be paid in local currency.
