Job Description:

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors all over Nepal.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
  • Solve problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
  • Using market data, statistics, and trends to establish sales goals.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans.
  • Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers
  • Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
  • Should be able to handle the whole operation and lead the team.
