Job Description: 

• The M&E Officer is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of routine service data, assist in conducting research studies to generate evidence to guide policy and program implementation and conduct program evaluation activities while ensuring compliance with Marie Stopes International (MSI)’s global RME standards and donor requirements.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology & Biostatistics Population Health or related discipline
• At least 3 years working in Monitoring and Evaluation field required, ideally within the Reproductive Health sector
• Experience working for I/NGO’s in health-related fields required
• Demonstrated capabilities of producing results when working with individuals with varying levels of expertise
• Experience in coordinating and conducting training, field work, logistics and for research projects.
• Have a good understanding of and exposure to statistical software e.g. SPSS and proficient in Microsoft office program.
• Excellent communications, computer, time management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to interpret verbal, written and numerical data
• Fluent English and Nepali language.
