Job Description
- Responsible for Primary Support to new payment gateway integration merchants for integration in onboarding
- Post onboarding Tech/Non-tech support existing Khalti Payment Gateway merchants and Bazaar merchants
- Support in onboarding new bazaar merchants
- Work Collaboratively for compiling issues reports reported by the Customer support and Bank support departments
- Handle Government merchants to onboard in Khalti
- Visit Govt merchants to clear impediments in the Khalti onboarding process.
