- Minimum Bachelor’ Degree in Business Administration/Business Studies/Management/ Economics or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA from a recognized Institution.
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in Merchant Banking and/or Capital Market.
- Through knowledge of overall Merchant Banking functions in Nepal with hands-on experience in managing Merchant Banking.
- Good Knowledge of the Securities Laws of Nepal.
- Able to maintain a good relationship with regulators and clients.
- Confident in pitching and approaching new businesses for Merchant Banking Department.
