Qualifications/Skills
B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineer or a similar discipline. Proven experience as a MEP Engineer of more than 5 years having knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems during the construction and operation of the property & assess project requirements, materials, and labour costs for accurate budgeting.
• Monitoring expenses, analyzing deviations, and ensuring projects adhere to budgetary constraints.
• Reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring BOQ aligns with contractual agreements.
• Working with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs and ensure accuracy and completeness in BOQ and billing processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to MEP systems, including drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
