Reports to: Project Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
• Ensure the filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken in live with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
• Review shop drawings against the design intent and return to project Director with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period.
• Undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager.
• Daily site supervision for progress, quality, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handing over.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of plans, prints, and specification.
• Ability to manage workers at the assigned location.
• Strong installation and maintenance skills and ability to control the quality and cost.
• Ability to work under the pressure.
• Excellent Technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE. Tech with 5 years’ experience
