MEP Engineer – Hospitality

Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan

Qualifications/Skills: A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is often required. A PIP MEP engineer combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and practical experience to design, implement, and maintain MEP systems of hospitality projects, ensuring efficient and compliant operations along with 5+ years of experience. Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects at once are essential, along with proficiency in MEP design software and tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing, analyzing, and creating plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within buildings.
2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards, local codes, and industry regulations.
3. To ensure that all systems meet regulatory standards, codes, and safety requirements.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
5. To identify and solve problems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction or operation phase, ensuring efficient functioning of systems.
