Job Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their workflow and identify opportunities for IT integration.
• Provide training to medical staff on the use of IT systems and applications.
• Offer ongoing support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize system performance.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in both medical and IT workflows.
• Implement best practices to enhance the overall quality of healthcare services.
• Investigate and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in medical services.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to address recurring problems.
• Collaborate with various departments, including IT, administration, and medical staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient healthcare IT infrastructure.

Note

• Training will be given for a week or longer if necessary.
• In the beginning candidate should work from home for 1 to 2 months.
• May need to work on Saturday.
