Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

1. Define machine breakdown standards.
2. Maintain the History Card and perform time based maintenance by applying different approach like planned/schedule preventive maintenance, Autonomous and corrective maintenance.
3. Carryout Daily Maintenance related work efficiently and report to HOD.
4. Organise Various training regarding Engineering and Manufacturing aspect.
5. Promote the safe working standard in workplace.
6. Prepare the job order and assign to the correspondent.
7. Calculate daily OEE, MTBR, MTTR and prepare other documents like energy consumption report, DG reports etc.
8. Implementation of best engineering practices like Kaizen, GMP.
9. Conduct time base different audit throughout the plant.
10. Responsible for Inventory management with the coordination of Engineering Stores.
