Job Description:

• Promoting properties through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at the corporate level
• Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our company's assets and achieve sales targets set by our company
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting customers' project requirements and inquiries.
• Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiating customer visits, performing site surveys, following up, and engaging in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
• Assist the department's head of sales and marketing with all daily tasks and concerns.
