Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Note - 2 years proven marketing experience in the IT field. Candidate must be flexible with outbound calls.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of full-time working experience in marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
