- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, and TTL) to achieve business objectives.
- Leading a team of marketing professionals and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new opportunities in our products and Services.
- Overseeing the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Reporting business performance report to company Director.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales and product development.
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Creating company brand guidelines.
- Analyzing or research for stalls & exhibitions with new campaign to explore our market.
- Collaborating & co-operation with Brand Ambassador, Actors and Influencer.
- Analyzing market for Franchise business opportunity.
Job Specification
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas of improvement
- Operations management experience, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or related field.
