Job Description:
Purpose of the Role
- To ensure a smooth running of Admission & Communication Department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To prepare marketing plan and strategy
- Attract new students across the School/College’s portfolio of programmes
- To develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (Target market info, competitor research, Branding)
- Assist in the planning, development and delivery of agreed aspects of the marketing
- Widen student recruitment activities during the academic session
- Publicize the strengths of the academic faculty in terms of recruitment of students
- Write and produce marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers etc.) for the College’s programmes
- To develop and maintain a database of prospective students/parents and companies to facilitate the admission process
- Liaison with potential partners and affiliations to boost enrollment numbers in different programs
- Overseeing the College’s participation in various activations (Seminars, Exhibitions, Outbound activities).
