Job Description:

• To develop business plans and support in value creation of a product .To help identify potential market and risks analysis. To successfully add in revenue generation and meet the goal of the company.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Daily Feedback and report analysis from sales Team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Idea generation for Product Branding
• Coordinating / communicating/ Visiting dealers , retail shops and taking their feedback on the product as per necessity 
• Cross verifying the Inventory and managing the cash flow with coordination with Accountant.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Market Research and competitor’s analysis.
