Job Description
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for the Property.
- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistently in line with brand standards.
- Monitor, evaluate and make recommendations for marketing campaigns based on findings/opportunities with competitor’s in the market.
- Facilitates social media engagement and update content in local digital channels, hotel website, travel sites as per brand standards.
Education: Bachelor in Marketing/Public Relation or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of overseeing hospitality marketing or digital/social advertising experience is preferred.
