Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the FMCG sector along with a go-get attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily visits on the assigned territory and identify new potential customers as well as sales channels e.g. retails outlets, HORECA/Marts etc.
- Attain and achieve sales targets, distribution, merchandising, and product inventory levels in the outlets of the assigned areas.
- Perform periodic testing of the product, gather feedback, and submit the finding and suggestions to the supervisor for effective strategy ahead.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, and competitor’s activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback with ensuring incremental data of sales achievement and customers.
