Qualification/Skills:
- Min Years of Experience Required: 2 Years in Production/ Process Improvement
- Min Education Qualification Required: University Degree Holder (Industrial or Mechanical Engineer)
- Practical experience with TPM/Lean Implementation
- Able to give training and coaching on Manufacturing Practices
- Good Presentation Skill.

- ISO 9002:2015 system Implementation
- Reviewing consumer complaints and taking corrective & Preventive action to minimize it.
- Effective implementation of 55 within department
- Implementation of Kaizen
- 360 degree Audit
- Organizing GME Week Awareness Activities
- Implementation of RCA for major issues
- Ensure Daily Operational Review is going effectively as prescribed.
- Tracking and supporting for the continuous improvement.
