Qualification and Experience:
- 20 years of senior leadership experience in a large organization, with a minimum of 10 years in beverages or FMCG.
- Post-graduate qualification, preferably MBA
- Experience of working in Nepal and international markets is desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership approach and keep the board updated on the company’s developments.
- Ensure appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s mission and objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective links with customers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy to promote the company to a wider community.
