Job Description
- Formalizing the system, contractor’s & consultants pre-qualifications
- Preparation of the tender documents for Hotel Projects
- Reviewing/verifying tender documents submitted by consultants & giving recommendations based on this.
- Ensuring the applicable taxes & duties are taken into consideration
- Preparation of Award note/File note basis the works being awarded.
- Preparation / verification / approval of work orders & contract agreements in consultation with the Accounts, Tax Consultants & legal Consultants.
- Formalization of the system of bill processing
- Preparing policies bill and taxations
- Formalization of the system of bill processing
- Preparing policies bill and taxations
- Preparation of Vendor Database for each trade package
- Vendor evaluation to be done & monitored
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience into Real estate. Preferably from Hospitality sector .
- B.E Civil/ Construction Management/ PGP from renowned institute centering Contracts / Contracts Management with relevant experience in Quality Estimation.
- Good understanding of Civil and Interiors.
- Construction system
- Estimating and procurement process
- Construction documents and specification manuals
- Good with numbers, analytical mindset.
