Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 8 years in HR and administrative management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with company goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing any grievances or conflicts that may arise.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
