Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting of brewery, Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, Leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and results.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that recommended CIP and machine upkeeps are conducted accordingly
• Ensures that all preventive measures are effectively followed including lubrication, cleaning and upkeep of the plants and machineries
• Analyses the trends of machine breakdown with case and consequences, suggest appropriate measures so as to reduce the downtime and losses and reduced machine breakdown and downtime
• Minimize wastage of bottle, washing process without defects, labeling, packing should defect.
