Job description:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, maintain brand consistency organization-wide, and move the brand forward through innovative ideas.
- Shape, communicate, and implement vision and mission – Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
- Protect the brand during times of errors or mistakes
- Think long-term and implement medium- short-term actions – Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Drive cohesive, well-rounded campaigns promoting the products, partnerships, thought leadership, experiential marketing, external communications
- Develop integrated content and storytelling across traditional and digital channels,
- Work with agency partners and cross-functionally with creative, product, sales, and RD functions to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful messaging that aligns with the strategic business goals.
- Provide sales support through advertisements, media, point-of-sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Completed
- Advanced ability to communicate
- Knack for creativity, capacity to read trends
- Command of presentation skills
- Understanding of Project management.
