Job Details: Management Trainee is an officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy.

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Master’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.

Candidates are expected to have:

• Good computer skills including office applications
• Should have the ability to execute assigned task independently
• Strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct research on Fintech industry, global trends, market innovation, summarize them and present the findings,
• Undertake guided and independent research to understand markets, industry sectors, products, platforms, business models, risk factors, competitive opportunities, and purchase opportunities,
• Scheduling and arranging important meetings and conferences whenever required with national as well as international companies in the Fintech and DFS ecosystem to strengthen Senior Executive’s public relation in the industry,
• Plan and organize meetings with potential partners and managing the communication,
• Respond to the stakeholders’ inquiries on a timely basis,
• Preparing and maintaining the data shared between the departments and recording the information accordingly,
• Keep minutes of all staff meeting, management meeting and meeting of CEO & DCEO with departments,
• Prepare the task tracker from the minutes and follow up with concerned departments on the progress/achievements,
• Attend relevant business events specific to the industry trends and practises to keep oneself updated on the domestic trends in the Fintech/DFS industry.
