Job Description:

Plant Management

• To plan, organize, coordinate, supervise and control all the maintenance activities at site including Electrical, Civil, Mechanical maintenance activities at site with the support of the Operation Incharge, Site Incharge and other staffs.
• To manage complete Power Plant (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical System) function correctly and efficiently as per standard operating & maintenance procedures.
• Preparation of maintenance schedules, plans and annual budget.
• Planning, scheduling and timely execution of the Preventive Maintenance of the Power Plant.
• Collect offers from the potential suppliers/contractors for the spare parts and maintenance works as required, analyze them and recommend to the developer accordingly, and as required negotiation shall also be done.
• To ensure all safety practices and policies are followed at site.

Human Resource Development

• Train subordinate staff to carry out their responsibilities.
• Allocating work responsibilities and supervising staff.
• Identify and resolve issues & conflicts within the o&m team.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise team members. 

Communication

• Formal liaison with the Developer and other Government Organization 
• Effectively communicate plant equipment status, performance of the project component and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Circulate information within the team regularly.
