Job Description

• Getting quotation from local vendors 
• Checking for most reasonable prices and products 
• Verifying the product quality and type from requested department  
• Carrying out purchase process as of the company standard  
•  Monitoring purchase request from administration – Looking for cost control 
•  Looking for better credit periods giving vendors 
•  Track all the records of Projects from start, progress phase till the end with the help of Project Identification Number (PIN Number) 
• Ensure that all documents are accurate and have been accepted by the concern head. 
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. 
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) 
• Create and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure related to projects 
• Research deals or suppliers to get the best advantageous outcome for the company and employees; also negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. 
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs. 
• Other works as assigned by the company.
