Major Responsibilities:

• Data Entry in online and manual loan applications
• Complete lender forms and check data in CRM
• Process and take full ownership of the files from submission to settlement for the clients
• Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
• Handle client (internal and external) queries by liaising with the broker and the team
• Follow up on progress approval and settlement of applications.
• Handling prices, property reports, valuations, credit reports, etc.

Apply if you have:

• Master's degree (running or graduates & finance background preferred) or ACCA Affiliates (13 papers completed).
• 6 months of internship and/or work experience.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication
• Data Entry skill
• Time Management Ability
• Accountability and Agile Mindset
• Great Customer experience.

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break.
