• Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer is responsible to achieve the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, and researcher of the Management & Science stream. 
• S/he reports to the Coordinator/Department Head. 
• The faculty member is responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing the plan, monitoring and reporting the class and lesson, and evaluating students’ performance.
• S/He engages students in diverse teaching and learning methods including case-studies, group discussion, presentation, simulations, seminar/workshops, project and internship works, and research. 
• S/he shall also contribute to the scholarly works by participating in seminars and workshops with research reports and papers.
