• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in higher education counseling, preferably with experience inTest Preparation & Career Counseling.
• A deep understanding of the Test Modules, education systems, culture, and countries of interest.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, university officials, and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage a complex workload, precise writing skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems.
• Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Description:

KIEC Learning Center Coordinator will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking to pursue Test Preparation Classes and provide guidance to  higher education aspirants in Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, and New Zealand etc. The coordinator will work with students to provide information and assist process for studying abroad, including communication with the counselor and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students seeking information on Test Preparation & Career Counseling
• Good understanding of Test Preparation Classes
• Conduct presentations on career counseling and test preparation classes.
• Good communication skill to Communicate with students and parents via email, phone, and in-person appointments.
• Provide guidance on the preparation of application materials such as resumes, personal statements, and reference letters.
• Stay current on trends and Basic knowledge of marketing
• Organize and lead information sessions, seminars, or workshops
• Self independent.
