Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Master’s Degree with minimum 10 years of work experience as a leading Learning and Development- HR department, conducting trainings, have great public relation along with great communication skills, and have in-depth knowledge of L&D designs and budget management experience.
Responsibilities
- Recommend, design, develop and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
- Assess need, analyze gap, research best practice, and partner with trainers to identify, develop and implement successful and innovative learning and development programs in an organization.
- Continually monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programs and makes needed adjustments.
- Working closely with various Unit Heads across the unit to design curriculums for all employees that focus on core values, strategic imperatives, upskilling requirements and just-in-time learning.
