Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Master’s Degree with minimum 10 years of work experience as a leading Learning and Development- HR department, conducting trainings, have great public relation along with great communication skills, and have in-depth knowledge of L&D designs and budget management experience.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Recommend, design, develop and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
  2. Assess need, analyze gap, research best practice, and partner with trainers to identify, develop and implement successful and innovative learning and development programs in an organization.
  3. Continually monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programs and makes needed adjustments.
  4. Working closely with various Unit Heads across the unit to design curriculums for all employees that focus on core values, strategic imperatives, upskilling requirements and just-in-time learning.
