Qualification/Skills: A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or diploma in cement technology or relevant. Background with 3 to 5 years of proven experience. Proficiency in Prior experience in a cement or related manufacturing industry will be preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of cement manufacturing processes, including the operation of kilns.
• Operate and control the kiln to ensure the proper production of clinker.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters to maintain optimal kiln conditions.
• Adjust and control various process parameters to achieve desired product quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arises during the production process.
• Monitor and assess the quality of the clinker produced by the kiln.
• Take samples for laboratory analysis and make adjustments as necessary.
